## BRUSHWRK Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Great concept, poor app"
No verification of sellers, no reviews to look through. You can like art but then nowhere to go back through your likes later? So you lose the art you liked… can’t add promo codes on the app. Etc etc, needs some big changes
-- Southy_Girl, 2025-04-19

### *---- "Good Concept, Poorly Executed"
I was very excited when finding this app however after downloading it I am very disappointed. Firstly I when looking at the main page i wish could be a tab to searching through ‘suggested artwork’ to make it accessible. I found that when I used to search bar nothing much came up. For example I searched “LGBTQ+” & “Horror”, I didn’t come up it the search bar but was clearly shown on ‘suggested artwork’. The ad that I found Brushwrk through said accessible prizes & that art is not just for the rich, yet the price filter bar only goes down to £100. In actual fact the price filter doesn’t actually change anything on the app. Ironically when looking throughout the app I found lots of AI art. It even came up as the easiest thing to find in the search bar. There is no verification & app approved buyers. There is no place to check customer reviews. I found that the place to report any issues with customer service is in a confusing place. It’s in your bio & not on sellers pages or posts. I found no hashtag system in place, you can like but not save, no sharing option, No place to link artists social media. It’s just genuinely not accessible. Overall I really think is could be a really good app but there a lot of bugs and issues that need to be addressed to make me feel like it’s worth while to use. As an artist & as a buyer.

### *---- "Great idea. Terrible app"
Love this concept. Really want to use it but it’s basically unusable as no where near enough info/ features / contact etc etc. Search option is also ineffective. Great in principle. Needs more work
-- Lexilou123355, 2024-11-10

### **--- "App Crashes, Not Functional"
I have had my account for awhile now and there are a lot of bugs and glitches which makes it difficult for me to use.

I ended up selling an item and couldn’t reset my password as I was locked out.
There should be a function where I can reset my login details.

I have my bank account connected to my account but can’t withdraw the money.
The app forgets my bank details.

### ***-- "Bugs"
The art for sale is great but the app has bugs including crashing when sending messages and searching explore page
-- Izprado, 2024-04-07

### ***-- "Amazing idea"
But the app is just one of the worst designed apps I’ve ever used.
There’s a feature where you can adjust the size that you want but then it shows you pictures not within these requirements. Its incredibly frustrating and although I think the idea is incredible in finding the app completely unusable

### ***** "Lover of art"
Excellent way to discover art from up and coming artists at an excellent price. I’ve always wanted to have art I resonate with in my home, no I do ❤️ now looking for my fourth piece
-- liltako19, 2024-02-10

### *---- "I am disappointed"
I literally just download the app and signed up as soon as I signed up to the app it logs me straight out I then uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it signed in to see if my details went through anyway and as I signed in it logs me straight out again I am not impressed at all

### ***** "Brilliant way to connect and sell work"
This app is a brilliant starting point for selling work and finding new creators to buy from. I have sold my work and the developers are so helpful - the app does need a little more work such as a chat function that is coming soon but so far has worked brilliantly for me. I recommend to any art sellers who are also looking to donate to good causes!!
