Not the best service, not the worst. Sometimes the planes are on time. It’s not the cheapest, neither the most expensive. Service is not good, nor bad.

Very smooth check in, boarding, easygoing with check in of hand luggage( which makes common sense) decent plane, Seats, comfort and friendly efficiënt staff. Two major issues : nothing served, not even water, tea or coffee let alone a snack so exactly the same policy for that matter as the Ryanair League. Probably codes the airline more in waste food and service cost then the revenue. And entertainment clearly Lufthansa no single Flemish newspaper or magazines. An insulting disgrace. Imagine Lufthansa with no single German newspaper or magazine. How is this possible???

Om een acceptabel comfort aan te bieden, is het aangewezen dat alle stoelen in een fatsoenlijke staat zijn. Ik nodig u uit op zitplaats 17D en E plaats te nemen om zelf het nivo van comfort te ervaren (te weinig beenruimte). Dit zijn we niet gewoon van Brussels Airlines.

L’app est très bien faite, permet le Check in en ligne et présente le voyage en plusieurs étapes avec les infos nécessaires, ce qui est très utile. Cependant je n’ai pas réussi à modifier mon numéro de siège malgré 3 tentatives, et a l’arrivée à la porte d’embarquement indiquée dans l’app un autre vol était à l’embarquement et il fallait se rendre à une autre porte tout au bout du terminal.

Ajouter un écran d'inscription à Travel ID sans option de ne pas créer de compte est un dark pattern dans une application qui jusqu'à présent était très bien faite. Ce désir a tout prix de vouloir que les utilisateurs s'inscrivent dans une application qu'ils ouvrent quelques fois par an est vraiment dommage : les uniques ont déjà acheté un billet, n'est ce pas suffisant ? 

Cette pratique n'est pas digne de la compagnie, une étoile tant qu'un bouton au moins de la même taille que les précédents n'apparaît pas pour passer cet écran, et surtout qu'il ne s'ouvre pas à nouveau à la visite suivante.
