App werkt niet

Heb de app voor iPhone en iPad gedownload. Het aanmaken van de account en het inloggen lukt. Maar dan stopt het. Bestaande toekomstig, al geboekte vluchten kunnen niet worden opgeroepen via deze app,waardoor het inchecken in line dus ook niet kan. Inloggen en dezelfde info opvragen en inchecken via online lukt wel… het lijkt me dan ook een correcte conclusie dat er iets mis gaat bij de app

Worst Ever Customer Support

Brussels Airlines broke my two luggage bags, literally badly broken. It’s been more than 6 weeks, they don’t reply to my emails. Whenever I call to the baggage claim number mentioned on the website, a call is picked up by an offshore team, I think from India. They always say that they don’t have any authority to check the status of the ticket. They can only escalate to the other team. That’s it! I am fed up of their customer service. I have to travel again and need the reimbursement or compensation of my both broken bags. They give mental stress to their customers not the services.

Shame about the login issues

I tried creating an account, it didn’t send me a verification code via e-mail, so now I can’t login. A reset password also doesn’t work. This also goes for the website unfortunately.

Werkt niet zoals het hoort

Geeft geen real time info. Wanneer de vlucht vertraagd is zegt de app bij een update (refresh) dat het vertrek normaal gepland is. Brussels airlines kan dus geen link leggen tussen haar geplande vluchten, het moment dat het vliegtuig daadwerkelijk vertrekt en de app die geen up to date info geeft en dus totaal waardeloos is.

Bad app bad customer service

Purchased a ticket through the app, money deducted and ticket not confirmed and not found on the system , called support many times no solution, sent an email still no reply

App looks good… a button to select only DIRECT flights would be extremely helpful though, same on the website. Not interested in 2 or 3 combined flights for close destinations.

Nul sterren

Handige app om te weten wanneer ik mijn oren moet beschermen tegen de lawaaierige vluchten tussen Frankfurt, Parijs, Londen en Zaventem. Naar mijn mening lijken de bollen op vliegtuigpokken.
