## Bruster's Reviews in United States

### *---- "App never works"
App hasn’t worked in a few months! Today a new update came out and tried to change password and it still doesn’t work!! I’ve missed so many points!! Frustrating!!
-- SpartyT, 2025-06-08

### ***** "Excellent!"
Best ice cream/flavors around and the best service personnel! Always happy to assist and offer recommendations based on one’s specific tastes/likes!
-- Chelsea’s dad, 2025-06-05

### *---- "Horrible."
I have gotten logged out of 3 ACCOUNTS IN THE PAST TWO MONTHS. Every time I try to log back in, it doesn’t let me. So I make a new account. THIS TIME it won’t even let me sing up for a new account. Absolutely horrible. This is ridiculous. Never again. Stupid app.
-- very normal man, 2025-06-03

### ***** "Awesome App and Awesome Ice-cream!!"
Five Stars!
The Brewster’s Ice Cream app is fantastic! It’s super easy to navigate, and I love how quickly I can find my favorite flavors and place an order. The rewards program is a great bonus — I’m already earning free treats just by doing what I love: eating ice cream! Plus, the app always lets me know about new flavors and special deals. Everything about it is fast, convenient, and makes every visit even sweeter. Highly recommend for any ice cream lover!

-- Hyundai2024, 2025-04-16

### ***** "Good service, used app for points"
I hadn't visited in a couple of years, so I downloaded the new app. Liked the looks of it, but really used it only for rewards. Employees were friendly, although a bit disorganized, and made one error that was easily corrected. Loved the treats, looking forward to going back!
-- Ebbisme, 2025-04-04

### *---- "Rewards"
Stores can’t access rewards. Also can’t use rewards when ordering online.
