The schedule doesn’t seem to work at all. The house is always 3-4 degrees below the scheduled temperature. I mean that is the one thing I want the app for. It had been working previously. Now, it just opens to a blank screen. It will not let me log in to my account and it does not see the Home or Device I had configured previously. It just says that my name is “undefined undefined”. When I try to start over and add a new Home instead, it does nothing. Also when I try to re add my evolution control panel, it just says “there was an error registering your device.” I paid 20 grand for this top of the line system, and I can’t even control it remotely. It was cumbersome to use because of how the UI was designed. This new Bryant Smartphone app takes everything that was bad about the Home app and turned those bad things to 11. The action of simply opening the app to quickly change the temperature on my thermostat, an action that already required force quitting and relaunching the Home app every time I use it, had become even more difficult to perform. 9 times out of 10 when I try to adjust the temperature using the SmartHome app it does not work.
