During login it keeps rotating and finally stops. No response from server. Even ngn website behaves similarly. Try to reset password using forget password method, still no response. How are they still existing in market when even they are unable to provide simple usage.

### *---- "Paid for the service , never got the service"
After signing up for the service and paying, I neither received a activation code or a confirmation message. They ask to connect to customer care and their customer care is clueless about this service. I had to file a service chargeback with my financial institution. In other words its like i got scammed.
