Using the BT Business App
Here's all you'll need to get started:
 
BT Business phone line or broadband or OneBill.
BT Business My Account Register now.
 
Signing into the BT Business App
When you sign into the BT Business App for the first time, you'll need your BT Business My Account username and password.
 
You can then set up a 4-digit PIN, so it's easier for you to use the app when you come back.
 
If your smartphone has fingerprint or face recognition, you won't need a password once you've set up your PIN - you can sign in using your face or fingerprint.

So I had bt cloud work and they changed it to a system that doesn’t work. Had the phone numbers for 15 years+ and can’t get access to the app so can’t get voicemails and refused to pay for the service until it’s resolved. ### *---- "Rubbish App, bill and pdf download different."
I’ve had an issue with incorrect billing for 4 months with BT Business. What has come to light is that a bill in the summary does not always correlate with the same bill in pdf download. As I have paperless billing I have to download the pdf to see what is actually being paid. As they have been unable to provide a correct bill for 4 of the last 5 months, I have decided to go back to paperless bills as the app information is unreliable.

Update.
Thank you for your response Stuart, however, I had already been in contact through business app feedback, sent requested information and guess what, no further contact! Hence my review of the app. And just to add I’m no further forward with the billing error.

I'm dropping connections several times per day. I cannot run a simple meeting. It's a business!!! You are absolutely unresponsive, unreliable and the worst service provider I've known.

Totally mis sold after my two years was up, was contacted to tell me that if I signed for another two years then I could have it for £15 cheaper a month and when I’ve got bills it’s actually increased, contacted numerous times , through to complaints and they don’t get back to you when they say within 24hrs

I wanted info On how to reduce my bills as i am no longer at work so need to cut costs. One agent took 25 minutes asking me for all my info then said they would transfer. They also told me my contract was not up till next June so i would have to pay a fee. My contract ran out September so lies lies . Third transfer!! I was annoyed then they cut me off. When i came on again they could not join the same chat and wanted me to start over again. I refused and am now looking for a decent provider to help

I now have an email asking me to start a chat!!

BT is a company packed with unprofessional offshore offices and staff who seem to have no idea what they are doing. As a business customer, I’ve been waiting over a month and a half, only to have BT and Openreach repeatedly change my appointment dates because the engineer missed them and couldn’t make it on time.

My advice to anyone reading this: avoid BT. Their contractors, Openreach, are simply unreliable and unprofessional. They couldn’t manage something as straightforward as my order. Imagine having to wait 1.5 months or even longer just to get your lines fixed.

Their offshore support is full of unprofessional representatives, with poor phone connections, and they have even cut the call on me. One representative put me on hold, and I could hear her eating chips because she forgot to press the mute button, all while supposedly calling Openreach to check on my issue.

Never, ever go with BT. I will soon share the names of everyone I spoke with on the phone.

What has happened to BT? I feel like they are dishonest and untrustworthy. Not only is the service terrible when you try to speak with someone, but it remains unsatisfactory even after that. The representatives are often rude, and it seems they lack the knowledge to assist customers effectively. 

I was happy with the contract I had, but then they disconnected me without any warning and pressured me into signing up for another deal that was far less favorable. It took a long time to address my complaint, and when they finally acknowledged their mistake, they agreed to pay the majority of my contract. Unfortunately, sorting this out took forever and encountered several issues along the way. 

I plan to leave BT at the earliest opportunity and will never return. It’s a shocking way to treat customers.

Every phone call admin apologise for double billing and assure me it will be sorted and I will receive compensation

A disaster when going digital. 
I am being double billed because BTadmin have not cancelled previous analogue contract
digital monthly charge should be £67 including McAfee and digital phone. 
Digital phone won’t function as it should.

BT continue to charge between £139 and £149 per month 
We are a third sector Registered disability charity with the Charity Commission with little income of £300 per month sometimes no monthly income   
Please I must speak to a human to resolve.

We need the money you are wrongly taking from us. THANK YOU
