Not happy -- Mookcobra, 2024-11-15 ### ***** "Landline calls on your mobile" I have had a digital land line with the BT Voice Express facility for a few years so I receive landline calls on my mobile as well as on the digital house phone. This worked on my old iPhone and my wife’s old iPhone but not very well and I was beginning to regret dispensing with my original analogue line, particularly when I had a problem with my BT account for three months and BT wasn’t much help. I managed to spend a little time sorting out my account and we have both recently upgraded our mobile phones. Since then, the BT software has worked fine and, so far, seems reliable. I have since renewed my contract for broadband and digital telephone line with BT and everything is working very well indeed. The big advantage of the digital line is that, with the BT Cloud App on my iPhone, I can answer calls to my landline anywhere. You already make it impossible to have a different voice message alerting a customer that you’re already on a call. They just get the same message for voicemail. You really need to go out and visit customers that use this app. All your customers are not office based.
