## BTRIBALFIT Description
Find a workout and community that you'll love everyday! Press play on a video at home and on your own schedule from the large on-demand library. You will experience all the fun and energy of a group fitness class at a local gym, but on your own schedule and setting in your living room, bonus room or garage. The app makes streaming and casting the entire video to a larger screen in your home straightforward and easy.

When you've finished your workout or healthy meal, share a picture directly inside the B•TRIBAL•FIT app to the rest of the community. Feel the positive affirmation of prioritizing your health and be encouraged by others who are doing the same. Follow along as Brooke travels and introduces women from the B•TRIBAL•FIT community into the various workouts.

### ***** "Life Changing"
I’ve tried many workout apps and I could never stay committed. I’d get bored or unmotivated.

A friend convinced me to give btrible fit a try. I was hooked! About a week after I’d started I found out I failed the bar exam 😭. I found myself in a pit of depression- but somehow Brooke & her workouts encouraged me in a very difficult time. I found her workouts not just physically inspiring, but also faith building. 

Every week the workouts are different so you don’t get bored. The community is so encouraging so it feels like you’re working out with your friends next door. The music and friendly bantering is appropriate in case your littles are nearby (this is so rare in a workout app).

I just can’t say enough good things about Brooke & this program. I live states away and tell people all the time BTRIBALFIT is life changing because it truly is. 

I hope you give it a try. I just passed my year anniversary as a user. Brooke is a part of my daily routine helping me be a better wife, mom, co-worker & Jesus follower. So so thankful!!!!

I’ve been doing B-Tribal-Fit for nearly four years, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The workouts are really fun and challenging, and Brooke always tells you how you can modify the exercises. I was a yo-yo exerciser my whole life and this program is what taught me to LOVE fitness and finally show up for myself consistently. Thank you, Brooke!

I love that I can workout from home (even with 3 kids!) or on the go! So many workouts to choose from, and I love that there is a weekly workout plan to follow. My favorite feature with the app is the calendar where I can visually schedule my workouts and see workouts completed. Brooke is so fun, upbeat, positive, and encouraging!

This is different from other on demand workouts because it has community built into the program. Additionally, Brooke has such a joyful and positive way about her, you feel like you’re working out with a best friend. The workouts themselves are wonderful! There’s a fantastic variety, and whether you are at the peak of fitness or just starting to dip your toe in, there will be options for you!
