There’s no option to « block » a sitter we don’t want to work with anymore. And also you receive a text + a push notification for each message on the app which is a bit much

All the sitter you have booked once automatically end up in your favorites, it shouldn’t be the case. After the sit, you should have the option to put the sitter in your favorites or not let the sitter apply to your future jobs (in case you have had a bad experience). I think your favorites should be able to apply first to future jobs. Good app but there’s a lot to do in term of user friendliness

Very Bad application. First, you absolutely need an English number for open you’re profil. Second, they take 5£ charges per babysitting so you working 1hour, you have 5£ 😂 and they canceled you’re profil if you do one mistake on the app (mom asking for paid me outside of the app, because I give her some cash to transfer me). I absolutely not recommend this app, and the staff. It’s just Modern slavery

I've always been looking for great babysitters in London for cheap and Bubble is the solution ! It works great !

I don’t know why this app doesn’t use the rover model where they charge you AFTER you book. Seems like a total rip off! You could pay and never end up even finding a sitter. No thanks

I love how the app makes childcare so simple. You can easily see a sitters qualifications/experience/whether they’re DBS checked. I’ve found great sitters on Bubble that I continue to use time and time again. Plus, being able to read a sitters reviews from parents feels like an extra layer of security, especially for any nervous parents out there! I’ve also found their customer support team super useful any time I’ve had any questions! All round 10/10!!

Parents do not bother with this app! First & only time I’ve used this app I had a girl come to my house last weekend, who claimed the sit went well, I have screenshots of our messages. On top of the expensive fee I had to pay I also bought her a bottle of wine as a kind gesture because I really appreciated the help. Anyway, fast forward to the following week when I needed another sitter, I received a message from a girl who said “I have had to reject my offer of babysitting due to the review left on your profile”. Obviously confused and very upset, I contacted Bubble support because I didn’t understand what had gone on & why I’d not been made aware of the situation by the sitter who claimed everything was fine. The support team were very unhelpful, completely left me in the dark & suspended my account. I still have no idea what this bad review was about but I certainly won’t be using the app again & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a trusted babysitter. Absolutely disgusting.

Brilliant app for ad hoc childcare, but also regular bookings and pet care. All sitters go through Bubble checks, so no need to ask them for references and documents. We had fantastic experience with a sitter, and already rebooked her! Will continue using Bubble whenever I need occasional help with my daughter 🤗

Finding someone you can trust has never been easier. I wish there was Bubble back in the days when I used to babysit!
