I think a translation function needs to be added. I’m not Korean so I don’t know Korean,everytime the stars type messages I hav to capture them and import to google translate which sometimes the translation isn’t accurate. There might be some strange sentences and it is very troublesome to do that. I really hope jyp will add this new function asap and make bubble a more comfortable and easy way to communicate between artists and fans thankyou.

I changed my subscription plan but it’s so bug and made me fail to receive new messages and the most important is that leeknow has sent me recordings😀😀😀
It’s didn’t renew my ticket purchase, so I try to resubscribe, but after it resubscribe, all the chat date of mine has been restored, and counted from 1 day! And Im not able to find any cs from the bubble app, Would you please help me about this?
每次傳說過去的消息都會延遲 在藝人出現後幾個小時才傳送到過去 所以他們根本就不會看到啊 如果下次更新再沒有改善到這個問題的話會考慮退訂 同時建議jype不如考慮讓藝人進註Daum cafe 反正也是需要收費會員🙃
每次回覆藝人的訊息時 都無法即時傳送 導致延遲傳送 原本有三個回覆機會 但卻因此而無法用完三個回覆訊息的機會 請你盡快解決問題（完全與網絡問題無關 因與其他藝人聊天根本沒發生這種事）
