Bubble for Sitters

Unfair cancellation policy designed to protect parents rather than sitters. Parents can cancel last minute without repercussion. A parent is able to ‘accidentally’ make a goodwill payment and Bubble will make you pay it back if the parent asks. Absolutely disgusting. Have been told their cancellation policy is under review. However the reviews from several years ago suggest that these issues have been raised for years. Not hopeful anything will change soon.

Not sure why but whenever I switch from Wifi to data the app stops working for me. I need suggestions on how this can be fixed. Thank you, Anna

This app works better than all the other childcare apps I’ve used. Yeah, they take a small portion of your payment but it’s worth it in my opinion. Easy to look at parents reviews, and be reviewed yourself - so feels safer than other apps.

The app used to work well, but the instant bookings is the worst update ever. As always they just want to make money buy don’t take care about the Nannie’s…

It takes a little while to get work when you first sign up but once you have done one your away such a easy app to use it’s perfect all round I’ve loved meeting the families I’ve met so far…. Super happy 😍👌🙌😁xxx

This app has been fantastic for me to build my career at my own pace and it gives me the flexibility to network with new clients and amazing families. It’s extremely safe and secure. Everyone is vetted to the highest standards. It allows clear communication between everyone and offers in house support when needed. I have recommended so many of my friends to download whether they’re parents or looking for work. I absolutely Love Love Love this app!

Been using bubble for years and I have accepted that it has its little quirks. However, the new update where you have swipe and highlight when you are available is so clunky and annoying especially when unavailable for a few days/ a week - needs sorting

Bubble has been an amazing help to earn more money around my nursery job. I’ve met some lovely local families and its helpful that parents can pay via the app.

I have submitted all of the requested documents, references, pictures etc etc and I have been waiting for it to be reviewed for over a week now, I emailed customer service but no reply! Shame!

There is something wrong with the app. It logged me out and can’t login back again. Also in about 80% of offers shown on the list after opening a message pops up that the sit is no longer available
