Frustrated Sept. 23
I love this pop game, im 234 level and now I can’t bring up the puzzle part of the game. It opens and goes to the game then goes back to home page. I tried going to daily game and was able to that game but when I tried to go back to the jigsaw puzzle pop game it went to my home page. Please update or fix it so I can play this game.
Event puzzle
Try to play event puzzles and suddenly it closes. Has happened several times 😣 You can’t send a review cause you need a nickname and will not take anything you put in 😡
Crashes
Great game I really enjoy it. lately the game is crashing.When I go to play a level the game crashes and goes to the iOS home screen
Could Be Better
This bubble pop game is the best in the App Store / Great visuals, amazing sound effects and very fun and relaxing. However, there seems to be some malicious code written into the game.. Whenever you have a jigsaw level, the game blacks so you cannot complete it.. The game will only let you get so far and will freeze, stall and plain black out.. If the game does not want you to play guess what…..YOU WILL NOT PLAY! Ive reached out to the developers for the last year but they don’t respond at all.. It’s really sad cuz this game is an amazing winner. The visual aspect is quite stunning. I would gladly pay real money for the game minus the glitches, of course. DEVELOPERS, PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATE!!! This game is more addictive than candy crush and could be lucrative for 9tap so please put some effort into it. Charge a monthly subscription if you have to but, by all means, FIX THE FREAKIN GAME!!!
App not working
App closes when selecting level to play. App works to play daily challenge. Problem just started a few days ago. IOS and game versions are up to date.
Needs fixing
I love this game. However, there is something wrong with it at level 1636 that needs to be fixed!!!! I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall because you can’t get past level 1636. This is my FAVORITE game but sure wish it would get fixed!!!
Not working
Have beat level 1636 four times now. All ball cleared ant then it freezes.
Problem
I’m stuck on level 1636. Something is wrong. I completed the puzzle got 3 stars but it’s frozen there
