When I came across this app as a photographer I was excited to find out how easy it is to find a location of interest. I would highly recommend this app to any photographer/traveller to find hidden gems of otherwise hard to find spots globally for the best shot ever. Thank you Manuel for giving us this Swiss knife of spot locators
I have been using this app since its “website” days and am very impressed with the set of features and enhancements added to it all the time. I had recently upgraded to the Premium version to help with identifying photo spots near me while on a trip to Europe. This advanced feature had been invaluable during the trip and helped me easily review places that I wanted to explore, get inspirations from other photographers on how they approached a location, navigate to them and capture images that are somewhat different and have my own vision stamped on them. When planning my trip, I used Bookmarks/Boards feature extensively to identify spots I really wanted to visit so that I would not be scrambling around when in a particular location or a city. I was definitely able to photograph sites that I would have never known about without this app. One of my favourite features is a detailed explanation for each photo spot of the light (sunrise/sunset) direction, parking or walking instructions, an idea of the number of people one would encounter and navigation via Google Maps or iPhone maps. These notes made it very easy to plan a visit to a spot. Many photographers who upload their images and tag them to a spot also leave notes on their camera settings and the time of year when the photos were taken - very useful info to plan a visit. The app is also a great way to share your images with other likeminded photographers! I highly recommend it for any photographer who is interested in exploring the world and is looking for a tool that would make their trips most productive and fruitful (whether those are dedicated photo trips or opportunistic photos taken while traveling with the family, which is more of a case for me :))

Zuerst war ich nicht zufrieden und gab eine Schlechte Bewertung ab. Nach Kontakt mit dem Hersteller muss ich sagen, das die App bei mir eine 2. Chance verdient hat. Aktuell vergebe ich 3 Sterne um neutral zu sein und änder meine Bewertung wenn ich die App Fairerweise ausgiebig getestet habe.
Die Idee der App ist gut und sie ist auch insgesamt gut gelungen, mit 59€/a aber deutlich zu teuer - zumindest nutze ich Sie dafür nicht ausreichend. 29€ wäre ok, mehr würde ich nicht ausgeben, habe das Abo wieder beendet.
Wo man mit Google Maps an seine Grenzen stößt, geht es mit dieser App weiter. Sehr praktisch zum Finden schöner Spots. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Die App zeigt schöne Fotos in der näheren Umgebung oder auch an künftigen Reisezielen an. Dazu nützliche Informationen zu Location, Uhrzeit etc. Was mir noch fehlt? Die Möglichkeit, eigene Fotos auch in der App hochzuladen.
Bei Problemen hilft der deutschsprachige Support schnell weiter - sehr löblich.
