Heb de app moeten verwijderen zodat ik gewoon weer via de browser mijn codes kan zien van de kluisjes. 

Het archief werkt ook niet. Alle voorgaande pakketjes zijn gewoon verdwenen

Voor de 2e keer geen code ontvangen in de budbee app. De 1e keer heb ik er naartoe gebeld,kreeg toen de code wel per mail. Had bij bol.com besteld,nu weer geen code,heb gezocht in de app van bol,en vond daar een code van budbee!!
Vraag mij af waarom dit gebeurt,zijn de bezorgers te lui om code door te geven????
Laat mijn pakketjes niet meer bezorgen door budbee!!!

Days later than the expected delivery day I received a message that my order will not be delivered ‘home’ instead at a delivery point of their choice further away from my house and with limited opening times. I couldn’t manage to pickup my package on time. Throughout this process the information that I can obtain was very vague and confusing. This is the second time that I’m having a bad experience with Budbee.
