Buddy: Money & Budget Planner

As a paying customer I had a few questions regarding the sudden change of adding your bank account to another service and the reliability of it. Nice app, beautifully made, but I cancelled future payments for my subscription, due to the lack of great customer service.

It eould be great if we can create our own category and choose to calculate some specific categories

The coolest buddy ever for budgeting. The interface is easy to use, love the integration with banks and a ability to pressing synchronise manually when desired. It’s so magical. 🎀

Please stop asking people to rate your app right after they have downloaded it.

Subscribed for a year! Couldn’t create a account. Send multiple mails to customer service. They ignored all my emails except the first one. After almost 6 weeks finally a response with a solution. They manually created a account but I needed to change the password. Well, ok! Also not working!!! On the latest iOS (iPhone & iPad) the app keeps crashing when I want to change the password (or email) so never couldn’t change the password! Send a mail again, still no answer. I’m done waiting! Again subscribed for a year, and almost after TWO MONTHS I still can’t use the app. Pure waste of money!!!

Done with the long list of transactions and back to the period switcher! Thank you!
