Buddy: Budget Planner

For the cost this app should work right away. I imported all my bank info and it was showing zero transactions for the month. Did not show any of my expenses or upcoming bills despite everything being synced correctly.

You have to sign into your banking with your full card number every time to upload transaction. Makes it inconvenient.

J’ai passé deux heures à classer mes dépenses pour que tout soit effacé quand l’app m’a demandé de resynchronisé ma banque… Quelle perte se temps.

Using the widget is my favorite. Being able to see my budget and quickly add items from my home screen is extremely handy. Thx Buddy! ❤️

Why should I use this app if literally none of my banks or credit cards function with this app.

Budgeting app that costs money? Make it make sense

Enjoying so far. UX is neat, easy to navigate. The information overview with options to dive deeper is great. Some nits: Doesn’t seem to “learn” the correct category for imported transactions even though matchin pas transactions are re-categorized (e.g.: my mortgage payment keeps getting categorized as restaurants, its always the same name and all the others I’ve corrected). No ability to split imported transactions. E.g.: I got costco and buy 100$ groceries 100$clothes its imported as a single 200$ tx and there is no way to then split it. Doesn’t correlate transfers/cc payments to one another. I end up just deleting any transfer tx that get imported because they boggle up wallet amounts.

Easy to use and very informative

I tried to all my bankcard none of them gets linked

But I don’t. The sync only works some of the time. It says I’m up to date but I’m not and it’s been well over 6hrs. I shared the budget with my husband but I can’t see him as a user, his transactions say they’re from “unknown”. The two main reasons I purchased don’t work well 1) transaction syncing 2) collaboration. I will request a refund. I can continue to use excel to do the same manual work. It has the potential to be a great app but need to work out major kinks.
