## Budget Energy Northern Ireland Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Useless"
This app is as useful as the long haired lad out of The Black Eyed Peas
-- Scrotebag, 2025-10-02

### *---- "Awful"
Can’t see my bills
-- Forties Foodie, 2025-09-01

### *---- "Pin reset"
Couldn’t get the app no pin sent
-- bets66, 2025-08-16

### *---- "Worse than useless"
It doesn’t show any bills, any documents, there are no records of payments, you can’t log a meter reading unless they are ready for it/need it. It will show you the credit/debit balance based on the last time they sent you a bill, but not and DD payments that are sitting ready to cover the next pending bill. Utterly abysmal and useless. Oh here! Why not use the web page? It’s nearly just as bad. The bills are hidden so you can’t track your spending, there’s no graphs, no way of comparing usage. Roll on Smart Meters and Budget will be out of the market. Their technology will never be able to keep up.
-- Ford Pass is broken, 2025-07-01

### *---- "Still not working!!!!"
Will not let me log in and it doesn’t work properly. Had top up on the website which defeats the purpose of having an app!!
-- JaiMac74, 2025-06-14

### *---- "Rubbish!"
Almost no functionality at all. Doesn’t show documents, doesn’t show previous meter readings, doesn’t show bills, really does nothing worthwhile! Forced to go online to access my account…negates any convenience of the app.
-- Amazinbass, 2024-11-13

### *---- "Pointless"
Pointless having app , takes you to webpage , have to put in all details everytime ! Not user friendly at al
-- Mogskies qwe, 2024-10-01

### *---- "John brown"
As a key pad account the app does not open up when wanting to top up your metre .
I took out a complete with the power company and they said it was working fine, well I can ensure them that it’s not fine .
I beg of you to fix the app asap .
-- GREEN GRASS 53, 2024-09-13

### *---- "Please Fix This App!"
I’ve struggled with this app for years - it’s virtually impossible to locate electricity bills in chronological order, and now I can’t even submit a meter reading! Please review your website and fix your app.
(There was even an incorrect spelling of the “Budget Energy” email address in your last letter! 😱)
-- Not Happy Elaine!, 2024-08-19

### *---- "Useless App"
I’d give this app 0 stars if it was possible. No Bill in documents. No information on payments/balance on account. Total waste of time.
