The website said I would have life time access to the following: “Buff muff method online video course The bladder diary Habits of a healthy pelvic floor Buff muff exercise demonstration Intro to hypopressives 3 follow along work outs 7 day smooth moves meal plan Exclusive community invites and offers” The first point is misleading. The “buff muff method online video course” is not all the videos on the app. It is just the intro course “pelvic health 101” which is 50 videos with good instruction. Which is approximately 1/14 of the content. Don’t think that because you have access to the buff muff method that you get all the videos. You don’t. Just the intro videos. However, the intro videos are really good! My prolapse symptoms have improved significantly and my core is stronger. I learned a lot and improved my posture.
