This app is amazing. Kim gives really clear explanations, visuals and instructions on how to do pelvic floor exercises. This is followed by an exercise programme to engage and strengthen your pelvic floor.

At 50, with two adult children and a series of challenges with my lady bits over the years, I have never had such a comprehensive and thorough explanation on how to do Kegels. 

I’ve recently been experiencing some mild stress incontinence and wanted something more structured than the intermittent approach that I had. I hadn’t been doing Kegels wrong, but after Kim’s explanations and connection to breathing, I am certainly doing them better and I can do them in different positions more easily. 

 
The exercises probably aren’t new to anyone who does either yoga or Pilates, but coupled with the clear explanations of how to do the exercises with breath work I can honestly say my pelvic floor engagement is so much better. I’m three days in and I already I can feel improvements and feel less worried about leaks when heavy lifting or coughing and sneezing.
