Worst app there is no maintenance to the app and neither the delivery man number appear nor the tracking works and worst costumer service

It’s locked on a specific area that I don’t live in & i can’t change it ,so i can’t make an order…so unfortunately the app is pretty useless

I’ve been using this App for sometime now and it’s super easy, menu navigation is very functional and it has a lot of offers that I can’t find anywhere else if I am craving Burger! 🍔

Best burger ever application is very good and have a fast processor and orders on the app came very fast and it’s use is very easy

I am not able to choose Madinaty on the application..!

Bad online service, unprofessional customer service and support

Let’s say you live somewhere in Cairo and you work in Giza: it is a nightmare to set that up in the app. Unless your reach out to customer support to help, the app is locked to neighbourhoods within the same area (not even on the governorate). If I need to contact customer support everytime I need to add an address, what good is the app for?!?!

بديل هايل بعد المقاطعه بطلبه اسبوعيا بس فيه نصبايه بتحصل كل مره بطلب بسعر على الابلكيشن والفاتوره تيجي بسعر تاني !!

طلبت اوردر و وصل ناقص ، كل واحد من خدمة العملا بيسلمني للتاني و بعد ساعتين بيرنلي الديلفري علشان استلم الطلب !!!!!!!
