## Builders Credit Reviews in South Africa

### *---- "Terrible"
Again, facial recognition fails. Can’t access the app to manage my account. Highly frustrating.
-- D#1990, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Log in never works"
Some days it works and most days it doesn’t. I literally play a game of cat and mouse to login. It just doesn’t allow it. And all I am trying to do it pay my account. It’s really a poorly built app. And super frustrating - I’m surprised it hasn’t been fixed and is constantly bombs out.

It just kicks me out.
-- KMHOFFMAN1107, 2024-10-26

### *---- "Cannot login"
App send a verification message and I accept, then it loads forever. It has been about 9 months now.

Today it goes only one step further but tells me I have reached device limit. It lists the two “devices” which are basically the same phone. I try to remove/deactivate one of them and it loads for ever.
-- 15 Grumps, 2024-09-19

### *---- "Security features are a flop"
The security features that are presented when trying to sign on are REALLY NOT WORKING.
-- Ntokozo Mnguni, 2024-08-14

### *---- "Struggling to log in"
I have been struggling to log on the app for a couple of months now, after I accept it just keeps loading and then gives me an error.
-- Thanahnah, 2024-06-05

### *---- "Authentication Declined"
Every time I try to login to view statements and make payments! What a useless app! If I could give this app zero stars I would.
-- Rick C-137., 2024-04-16

### ***** "Builders Store Credit"
Convenient for when I want to pay.
-- Semaj18, 2023-10-02

### ***** "Mr Ngaleka"
This app is easy and simple to use
-- Yamihla, 2023-05-18

### ****- "App payments"
The app payment system is problematic and needs to be addressed. My app payment only went through on the 3rd try.
-- PaulDV71, 2023-05-11

### ***** "Compliment"
Happy with the service
-- Ma Onza, 2023-01-29
