I have to create a new one. Second, you create your account with your phone number and email and once created, your phone number and email are not in your settings. On top of that, you can’t add them because the boxes are locked. So I guess this is why the SMS notifications don’t work. Third, even if I allow all notifications from my phone (banners and sound) I do not get any. So you basically have to check the app every 10 minutes when you are communicating a problem to your landlord to see if they replied. Get serious and fix this.
