Broken

Literally nothing works. My building says we can reserve amenities and arrange parking passes, but this app literally has no such options or functionality. Listen to your user reviews and revamp this.

How & why am i getting calls?

There is no call feature in the settings under notifications. Nor do I recall consenting to call notifications 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 please stop calling me with building notifications.

Daniels waterfront condo

No other amenities shows up in the app either on iPhone or desktop except bocci ball. Can’t reserve anything!

Can’t even login

I have to use this app because my building requires it for amenity reservations and package delivery notices. The app has not been working for multiple days, I can’t login to my own account, and the error messages it displays are really bizarre. Horrible app.

Needs Work

This app needs a lot of work in order to function properly.

The app doesn’t work properly

So they asked me to update and I did update but then I couldn’t even book any amenities. The app is so broken!!! More surprised to read the reviews from months ago about the same issue but they haven’t fixed this

Not user friendly

I only use it because it’s what my condo decided to create for reserving amenities, but it’s bad (hard to navigate, horrible notifications, limited features)

Our condo uses Building Link for all amenity reservations…this app constantly gives errors when trying to book and takes forever to update any software issues.

Booking amenities FAIL

I tried to book the amenities and not able to see a calendar of when they are already booked so I can pick an empty slot. I am able to see this on the computer but not in the app. This would be an extremely helpful feature as on the app you are forced to try every time slot only to spend 5 min and see they are all filled. Please add the calendar which shows time slots that are already booked!!
