Completely broken

Nothing loads, the information on the Home Screen is stale as of over a month ago, and going into any other screen just has an infinite loading spinner. Truly awful app.

Full of bugs

The functionality of the app especially in unlocking doors is full of bugs. Constantly

Inexcusable!

The app stopped working completely when they updated the interface in May 2024. Information will not update and app will not accept any new entries. I sent an email to the support address but never got an answer. The only way to access info is thru the web version. The app is useless.

App is now unusable

After the big UI update the marketplace no longer loads.

constantly crashing

The latest version is even less intuitive than the previous major version. However, the biggest problem with the upgrade version for iPhone is it constantly crashes and puts you in an endless loop. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again several times. It doesn’t help. Once it is stuck in that cycle it tells you it is trying to log you in but mostly appears to log you out. In my opinion you should roll back a couple of versions because this is far from ready for market.

Frustrating

The deliveries page keep showing the same packages whether theres a new package or already picked up. Had to keep uninstall-install to get updated deliveries list. Very inconvenient and frustrating!

Have the Developers given up?

The app has been totally non functional for almost a month. I have no way to track my packages. I can’t post to the marketplace. I can’t even load a page beyond the Home Screen. Is no one working to fix this?

Horrible. Won’t work anymore

The app was never a wonder but since they updated it it won’t load, will ask you to log in every single time, won’t show any delivery, any publication…. It could not be worse

Bug fix for super users (multi-units) didn’t work

May need to find better tech people. The app is mediocre, the stability and usability needs significant improvement.

Completely broken

Why don’t you roll back to a previous version? The only way I can get the app to function is to uninstall and reinstall it. Then it will work for a single function before I need to reinstall it again. Otherwise, not a single option will load. I don’t get why the app developers are leaving it like this…
