### ***** "HVAC Service Agreements"
BuildOps allows me to enter equipment/assets on a new or existing Service Agreement with photos, model#, serial#, location, and attach manuals specific to that asset. As well as several other things. 

This allows the Techs to easily identify what equipment is on the Agreement and gives them the proper documentation for the Preventative Maintenance. 

I am able to make tasks that the Tech can see that come from the manufacturers own Preventative Maintenance tasks. The customer is also able to see that the tasks have been completed exactly as the manufacturer specified. 

Also, I can make Notes about the Customer/property for the Techs to see before they arrive on site. Like if, a certain size ladder is needed. But more importantly, I can leave instructions for safety requirements.
