Poor or absent technical support
This app has really poor or even absent technical support. I had an accident with double charge and wanted to communicate an issue to someone. Spent hours talking to the “info line” then following call centre instructions visited personnel on Bukovel site(info centre and parking 2 roof info centre). I wasted around 2 hours talking to bukovel personnel here and there end up they told me that they do some kind of technical request for me and then they will call me back. Nobody call me back its already 3 days. I do not recommend to do a purchase of ski tickets via this app because it will charge you twice and no one will help you to sort out an issue.

Почему люди должны выпрашивать у вас свои же деньги. 3 месяца. Позор! Вы теряете клиентов. Сотни. Потом не удивляйтесь что курорты Болгарии или Грузии становятся популярнее! Верните людям деньги за SkiPass и не кормите обещаниями «ваша заява в обробцi, чекайте..» переключая звонки с инфо-центра на рецепцию!!!
Дно, а не сервис поддержки
Если клиент все сделал в приложении правильно и приложение принято оплату, провело заказ, то это просто ДНО со стороны службы поддержки рассказывать клиенту что это он лох и должен платить. И при этом ещё рассказывать, что другие клиенты, которые также «сломали» систему, то они лохи и должны платить. Оператор понимает всю ситуацию и насмехается над клиентом, типа, надо знать и другие знают, а те кто НЕ знают - ПЛАТЯТ. В общем та единственная и ценная функция «как оплата за скипасы, чтобы не стоять в очереди, работает через одно место. Внимание всем Клиентам, НЕ проводите оплаты через приложение.
Не працює система оплати
Через додаток Bukovel 24 купувала 19.01.22 скіпас на 3 години і була знижка по MasterCard - 15%. 20.01.22 також купувала скіпас і вже даної знижки не отримала і карта для оплати не проходила верифікацію, змогла тільки оплатити через систему оплати Portmone. Але знижка так і не була надана. Виникають питання: «Навіщо робити знижку на один день? І чому не можна додати картку для оплати в додаток Bukovel24? І чи повернуть мені суму знижки, яка не була надана?»
Непотріб
Немає можливості перевірити залишок абонемента. Мабуть, боротьба з перепродажем усіма нелояльними способами
Не купуйте скіпасів через даний додаток.
При купівлі скіпасів онлайн відбуваються технічні збої. В разі якщо купленими скіпасами скористуватись ви не зможете, ніхто коштів вам не поверне. Знаю по власному досвіду
Відсутня інформація по картам
Додаток справляється з функцією - поповнення скіпасів без каси на базовому рівні, але хотілося б бачити: 1. Інформацію по скі-пасам в розрізі днів/годин катання, які є на ньому. Зараз абсолютно не зрозуміло чи це дні поспіль чи на вибір, аналогічно чи святкові чи високий сезон 2. Кому належить скіпас, в моєму акаунті скіпаси на всю сім’ю і для того щоб зрозуміти де чий потрібні танці з бубном Дякую
