They have a ridiculous policy of not giving you the weekly benefits you are owed when when you pay for premium if you still have benefits you haven’t yet used that you purchased separately on top of the premium subscription. OR if you have the previous weeks benefits still unused. So if wish to accumulate them or you don’t use them within a week you aren’t given value you paid for. Which means they force you to use them even when you wouldn’t otherwise (sub-optimally) which is counter productive to the point of the app! Example, if you bought superlikes and you pay for premium you won’t be given your weekly 5 superlikes until you use all the superlikes you purchased previously. This is just exploitative and goes counter to the stated function/purpose of the app because there is no rational reason to do this other than to gouge you. And it’s foolish on top of that because it creates bad incentives. I have 0 intention of buying further benefits from now on. The only reason I don’t cancel premium is cause I bought the lifetime subscription otherwise I would deny them that money too. Spend as little as you can on this app. Better yet don’t spend anything. It’ll be better for you.

I used the app some years back but deleted it. Now I try to install it but am unable to install it as it keeps saying I should turn off all restrictions even though my phone has restrictions off. I think bumble might have banned me for reasons I do not know. Also, it indicates I have it installed which is not the case but I restarted my subscription though.

They banned me with no reason, explanation or proof and also acted like I was a criminal. I was also exposed to scams and they have no tool for that. Bravo 👏

The app doesn’t add more fuel to the dumpster fire that is hook up culture like tinder does. You can tell from the design it is more oriented towards people looking to have actual relationships. That said they are not above gouging you for everything and there are some key bugs with the app. And I say gouging cause I got the premium version for a few months and basically saw no difference in performance and on top of that, you have to pay more to use more compliments or other boosting features of which you’re given very low free number for most of them. Edit after dev response: my filters have nothing to do with the issues I mentioned. Anyone who downloads the app can see for themselves.

Bumble n’est pas adapté pour un petit pays comme le Luxembourg. Comme il n’y a pas assez d’utilisateur résident, travaillant ou voyageant au luxembourg, j’ai a peine 3 ou 4 propos par jour et puis c’est fini. Un peu cher l’abonnement pour ca! Donc pour avoir plus de propositions, je dois me mettre sans arrêt en mode voyage de l’autre coter de la frontière en belgique ou france ce qui est complètement ridicule! Merci d’améliorer vos algorithmes car j’hésite de me désabonner et opter pour un site de rencontre qui est plus adapté aux résidents luxembourgeois.
