I am religious and only want to date someone within my religion. You have to pay massive amounts of money to even use this feature. I would use Bumble but there’s no point since I have to pay to use for even the most basic of features. I wouldn’t mind paying $10 a month but $20 a week- no way and no thanks.
Been a premium subscriber for a year and all of the sudden the distance filter stopped working. Contacted the support but no answer for 3 days. Simply the worst app ever!
nothing is user friendly and the app seems cheaply developed NOT SURPRISED I don’t wanna be a sour puss or down on anyone doing anything but this app is COMPLETE TRASH

Not having great luck….I could not verify my photo and in the process lost my entire account and all contacts/communications. No phone number to call for customer service and waiting to hear back. Also, quite a few catfishers out there on this site. More than others that I have experienced.
This app is great. I loved meeting new people and talking with individuals. The problem arose when I apparently was flagged for commercial soliciting. This company will block your account for no reason, even asking what I did or if there was a message that was against the guidelines they would not point me in the right direction. I have met and interacted with so many great individuals here and have formed life long connections and friends. I am sad to see this happen to my account, but due to this unfair and honestly very strange ban of my account I can’t recommend people to use this app, or even continue to use this app it customer support was so unresponsive to my inquiries.
Been a user for almost 2 years. Recently made an account again after not using for a while and was permanently banned for absolutely no reason. I made the account two days ago and was banned permanently one day after. I never used any foul language nor broke any rules. I am also a medical student soon to be a Physician. I read the entire community guidelines and I still did not break any rules. Assumingely, a false report or allegation was made on my account for god knows why and I was permanently banned due to that. I was in shock. I disputed it on their appeal process and messaged them on twitter. Zero explanation. Zero chance to prove myself innocent. No warning. Companies that take hearsay to substantiate a ban seems to lack the most basic of values and ethics.
Insane prices. I would never pay that much money to be on a dating app. Your prices are way to unreasonable.
So I decided to download the app and redo my profile and every time I do this, I always get 4 to 6 likes Bumble makes it so you run out of and you have no choice but swipe left to see if you get a disconnection notification well after two to the left all day I got nothing and then I found somebody else on Twitter that is experiencing the same thing coincidence heck no wants you to payall the likes that I get paid by Bumble they are fake profiles*****Update developer says to reach out to Bumble support, which is useless as they dont do a thing. I pressed them about this and they banned me. Not only are they aware of the fake profiles and scammers, they stole my money when I paid for a membership and they banned my profile. Disgusting thieves *** another update. I just read the recent reviews of bumble. I’m not the only one that thinks this app is complete garbage and it’s the same response from these disgusting thieving developers contact bumble guess what they don’t do a thing they don’t care they’re getting the money it doesn’t matter. Your app is garbage and full of scammers and fake profiles.
