I reviewed the bumble guidelines and I cannot find a single reason why I was banned. I even reached out for support through X because there are virtually no channels to get support. they made me wait about a week for an answer just to get a generic message that my account was to remain banned after “reviewing” my case which I bet wasn't even looked into.
Why do I need to pay and see who like me and before developer says it’s not that’s bull. This app is scam for money tones of fake users and the fact females text first but don’t say anything. With all that 18$ “SUBSCRIPTION” to see who likes you . That being said for guy or girls get only 1-3 likes a month.

Hides matches behind a paywall so you end up just endless swiping until you give up and pay them (which I didn’t and never will pay any “dating app”) only gives you around 10 swipes a day for the free version (useless). These scummy apps should be sued for causing emotional distress and a feeling of hopelessness/preying on lonely people. No wonder the amount of single people is at an all time high. Sickening and causing society to break down for profit.
My first impression of bumble was pretty good compared to some of the other apps. Then, without any warning, my membership was terminated. Apparently someone that I had met years before I was on bumble was holding a grudge against me that I wasn’t aware of. When I swiped right on her she filed a complaint & w/o any evidence or process I was terminated without refund. Search reviews online & you’ll discover how common this is. It was more than 120 days since I paid so no recourse through my cc company. I blame myself for not checking reviews before forking up the $250, and won’t make the same mistake again. I hope you won’t either! PS: Bumble responded that they “wouldn’t block anyone without a valid reason,” given that I did nothing to violate any of their policies I’d love to know what that “valid reason” is. Seems that in the case of he said/she said the assume the complaint is valid. It’s not worth my trouble or money to sue them but I’d love to see them compelled to share their bogus “evidence.”

No real customer support. Tried to complain and I received a generic response and no solution. Been trying to upgrade to premium but for Some reason it’s not upgrading when you “click” upgrade.
My account was restricted in what I believe to be a mistake, I attempted to appeal this for over a year now. Even if it was justified, I would've appreciated a reason for this. I have received no response from customer support, even to tell me why my account had beem banned for a year now. Absolutely zero justification give or even an attempt to tell me why. Truly awful customer service.
Just make the app cost money to download. If you want THAT MUCH MONEY so bad then just make the app a set price. Just charge me before I download the app so I can actually do stuff. Also just to expensive. This app isn’t good enough to cost $30 a week. That’s incredibly embarrassing.
So many fake and dead account. Probably been using it for 6 months maybe more killing time out of boredom and ive had 2 matches but they never msg(girls msg first) so they expire and are gone.
