The app won’t let me upload any photos. It won’t load my photos when I press add photos it just is ‘loading’ for a long time with three dots and says ‘go to settings’ in my settings I have allowed all my photos to be accessed to BFF and I’ve reset my phone a number of times

I think it’s a decent app and it seems to work well. The only big issue is that it only shows you people of the same gender as you. I tend to get on better with women, but it only shows me men and there’s no way of changing it. Quite a big flaw I think, which is a shame.

I apparently have 22 likes but can't see any of them until i get a subscription. It keeps telling me to change my filters (which i have none) and it keeps offering me the monthly subscription for 1.40/wk. I think you'll be better off getting on an app like meet up or simply just finding events to meet people. Money doesn't guarantee anything in this case and I'm not even getting an outing out of it. Spend your dollars somewhere else. Don't pay to chat online. Get the meet up app instead and go to an event that resonates with you. You'll surely find people to chat there and get a chance to get out of the house. A lot of events are free if you're on a budget. Edit (in response to developer): Thank you for providing evidence of your deceitful ways. I checked the app again to give you the benefit of the doubt. 1. I clicked "chat" function (at the bottom of the app) - and it took me to chat screen which is empty at the moment but at the top of the screen it shows two blurry stacked photos with the number 37 in a yellow square (which I expect is the number of people who have liked my account). Next to that is written "people here want to be your friend" and right below that it says "check who they are". 2. So, I clicked on "check who they are" which is underlined and hyperlinked. This action took me to the "liked you" function and now I see a screen that has a love heart at the top, followed by text that say "Liked you" and below it, it says "Upgrade to Premium to see who liked you!". And finally from 2/3 of the screen i can see blurred images in a tile layout but can't see anyone's account if I click on it. The all immediately starts offering me a subscription. So, please tell me again which part of this is a free service. If you claim that the swiping is free then I agree, indeed it is. But if you're claiming that the chatting is also free then you'll have to check again. It seems you haven't read your company's latest memo. I originally said that this was a bit of a scam, I'm changing that to definitely a scam! Call it what it is and we don't have an issue.

I upload photos of me with either my partner or my pets. Yet it’s violating your “rules”, I don’t go flashing my body off or anything like that. And I’m definitely over 18. Plus I don’t want men to match with me when I’m trying to look for friends of the same gender as me.

Whatever method I tried, it wanted me to verify my phone number but never sent me a code. I would have liked to try this app but I couldn’t even sign up.
