When i tap sign up or log in the app crashes. Delete and reinstall didn’t help.
Money grab
This app’s developers use loopholes to make you think you payed $1 but they are charging you for a hidden subscription. When you try to cancel there is no direct link and are directed to call them. When you call it says “can not complete request” and starts over.
Scam practice
I cancelled within the time frame and this company repeatedly tried to charge my apple CASH for service I unsubscribed from. They did this for 2 months straight. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Have to sign up even to search a VIN. What a waste of time and a download.
Terrible reporting service
Don’t think be lured in by 7 days for $1 dollar. And take my advice $25 a month is not better. It provides no real definitive information. I searched several different cars by VIN, but Bumper could hardly pull any data. It very rarely tells the title status, the registration data, and never pulls service record. DO NOT GET BUMPER. Pay for CarFax or something else, money on Bumper is wasted. Finally, they make it incredibly difficult to end subscriptions via Apple Pay/App Store. DO NOT GET BUMPER.

BEWARE: Charged my card without my authorization.
My card was charge inappropriately.

This app/ company is horrible!! Very much a bait and hook. They provided absolutely no information on the vehicle I was looking up, I ended up going back to carfax to get said information. Then when you try to cancel the membership (that is not free!!!), it is nearly impossible!!! I found it easier to report to my CC as fraud then it was to get them to cancel the account. Buyer beware. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Not worth the price
Paid for the 3 month subscription and out it the 20 or so vehicles I searched there was very little detail. Was unable to use this app to make a decision at all. Had to rely on dealer providing a report from carfax or auto check. Cancelled subscription.
