It’s okay
Some things still require you to go to the website. So kinda defeats the purpose. Also can be sluggish adding items to cart. Otherwise it’s good I guess.
Yes, Bunnings is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

I love Bunnings because it’s got great products
Upgraded iPhone to 15. Re-installed the app and there is no option to enter the code texted or emailed. Support is no help at all. Edited 23/12/24. I have contacted Support. After a few emails Support have stopped responding.
Bunnings app for its marketplace items is quick and easy to use.
Developers seem to think all users have the latest tech. We don’t, either because we don’t want it, often because we can’t afford it. I shop at Bunnings because of its low prices. What use then is an app that excludes me from accessing at all those low prices. I shop online because disabilities make it very hard to shop in store. They also mean I’m on a limited income (and it would be unrealistic to assume I stand alone with this grouse) so having classist and ableist (though while this might not be deliberate, it is EXACTLY what these updates are) developers that keep merrily updating for “user experience”, not security, without a thought to anyone who might be struggling to put food on the table or keep the lights in at home, is irritating to say the least, and I’m not about to ditch a perfectly good albeit older piece of tech in favour of tech that would otherwise feed the family or keep the power on for a year. I’ll just buy stuff from Amazon instead which is a hugely huger commercial endeavour than Bunnings so if THEY can release updates that don’t prevent me from shopping online or via their app, why the heck can’t Bunnings?
The lady picking phone at customer service is not good for customers service job. Picking phone and putting hold for 15min without any answer. It happens for 2 times. Worse customer service for online enquiry.
I wanted to use Bunnings gift cards and my Bunnings Ebalance to purchase the product but was not able.
Stick not available at my local store nor was click and collect. Delivery was $50!? Went to Gladesville site and found 2 of 3 items I was after. I do have to collect from there which is a nuisance.
especially with PayPal secure payment
