Bad Customer Service
If you’re seeking support on an issue that they don’t plan to fix or consider at all, they will close the conversation before you’ve even seen their response. They clearly don’t care about being rude because they don’t care about what you said in the first place. They just want to close the ticket. You also don’t have a choice in what bunnies are in your haven, regardless of whether you’ve claimed it or not. Then you’ll have guests who will ONLY pair with unwanted rabbits, which in turn will results in a constant notification to upgrade the thing you didn’t want in the first place. I don’t understand why you’re being forced to play the game in a particular way.

The Cutest Game!
So I thought this game was going to be hard collecting bunnies, but it’s so easy and adorable! The bunnies are so cute and the customers are great! Furniture and toys are adorable as well. You can get FREE stuff by using codes! The tutorial though needs a little better work at it as it was kinda confusing, but overall very cute game! Definitely recommended.
