I joined this bank a few years ago when it was still fine. Since, there has been:
-updates of the app that made it worse and a lot less user friendly
-a lot of greenwashing marketing
-(too) many uninteresting e-mails bragging about stuff I don’t want/need
-worsening of the customer support (9 days to expect a response if you are an existing (and paying) customer
-and recently & not just once: helping themselves to my bank account: on the latest occasion I was charged all of a sudden 19€/months for some very unclear add-ons or additional cards I never opted-in for.  Previously I was being charged for extra virtual cards I never ordered by any means.  Of course customer support is giving you answers that do not match your question, just to waste time and hope you go away and leave them with your money, which I just did today because I have had enough.

Be careful if you use them: follow your account closely!
