### ***-- "A Promising Concept, but AI Translation Falls Short"
Bunq, a startup clearly passionate about AI, though their latest attempt to translate the app into Finnish using AI could use some polish. Beyond that, Bunq provides standard features—like a debit card and a bank account—that you can also find at many other fintech startups. Their additional services, including an eSIM option, seem a bit overpriced and don’t stand out as particularly innovative or cost-effective.

Overall, Bunq is by no means a bad banking alternative, and it performs better than some competitors. However, there’s nothing here that feels truly revolutionary. It’s unlikely I would move my main salary account over, but if you’re looking for something slightly different, it might be worth a try.

I had selected bunq free account when I onboarded to the app, but without any information I got charged and my account balance is now negative. I closed the account and now they’re threatening me with collections?! And nowhere to find a phone number to call to clarify this case?!
