I've had my money stuck in the bank since June and they won't let me get it out until a month from now. All this because I made a transfer to my own account at an official Portuguese bank in my name. The support is the worst I've ever seen in my life, all pre-made messages. I finally had to borrow money and found myself in terrible financial conditions because of this bank that froze my first two salaries of my new and first job. If you are in the same situation, contact all legal means possible, which may resolve your problem sooner than the bank, which takes 4 months.

I wanted to switch from the traditional banks to a digital bank and was indecisive between Revolut and Bunq. I proceed open both account at the same time to see which one I would have a better experience with and I couldn't even pass the onboarding process after sending all the docs. You asked for. Then couldn't get ahold of a single live agent! Got handled by a bot called Finn. You lot definitely need to step up your game lol. The inly selling point of this so called "bank " is planting trees which a lot of entities are doing these days. Glad I missed a bullet.
