Hey, just want to share my experience of using this app as a bank. Unless you don’t need a client support - everything works great! But if client needs help - zero interest from the bank. Taking into account that they don’t have branches or contact center and app is the only way of communicating with the bank, they always break their promise to contact with you on your requests or questions. For example I’ve raised lost income transfer investigation request through their special form on July 11 (being promised to have a reply within 3 business days) - they never return, send another one - same result, no reply.
So if you are planning to download this app for fun - it’s cool (wheel of fortune, AI assistant), if you need a reliable and helpful bank - stay away.

Don’t download and don’t keep money in that bank. Read all the reviews. They literally freeze your account and keep your money without any information. 
And, moreover, you will never receive proper communication. Just standard replies without any related details.
Keep in mind that all your money will disappear one day if you use this app.

I went to the store today to buy food and discovered that I could not pay because the card was invalid. I open the application, and it says that my account is closed. There were no warnings, no emails, you simply froze my money for living and did not indicate a specific reason, referring to general documents. Why do I have to wait 4 months to get MY money back?? and what do you think a person who has kept all his means of subsistence in your bank should live on? no more trust in your bank.

Связь с консультантом не предусмотрена, общаться нужно с ботом, которы ничего не может решить в случае проблемы, присылает шаблонный идиотские ответы, словно издевается. Закрыть счет тоже невозможно,  пишет об ошибке и все, хоть бейся головой об стену. А чего стоит требование внести данные налогоплательщика! Пишешь им данные о тех странах, где платишь налоги, но нет, дай информацию о той стране, где находился во время регистрации в приложении банка., хоть ты там и не налоговый резидент. Левый банк, не советую.

Bunq decided to charge €17.99 euro for subscription without notice. I haven't subscribed, it becomes automatically when you open an account. What a dark marketing move!
Can you imagine that you pay €17.99 per month for... just having a card?

Bunq's customer service hasn't helped at all. Refunds are impossible. Be aware of it!
No transparency in fees and subscription plans, no customer-first approach. Shame on you. 

Hope they lose their license for such dark earning methods.
