For me Bunq was a lifesaver bcz it was the only online bank where I could open a bank account despite having a Cuban passport. And the possibility of having multiples sub-accounts that work independently with a different IBAN and with their own card it’s been very useful and helpful. It’s been almost 3 years since I’m using Bunq and up to now I’m more than happy with it.

After few days from opening the account, my account was terminated with no valid reason. I tried to contact support to understand the reason, the only answer I got was “ We cannot go into details please refer to terms and conditions”. I couldn't understand the reason knowing that I didn’t violated any rules. It was the worst experience ever and I really don’t advise anyone to use Bunq since your account can be terminated anytime they want with no valid reason.
