One day they can blocked and then closed your account with the reason : “we detected usage related to service misuse for illegal activities that may result in harm for bunq, our users, or other people”.
After mostly 1 year of use their service, even I booked limited edition metal credit card which they recommend to me for 100€ price, any unusual using of credit card from my side. 
I don’t know what to say. 
I am very disappointed.

There was a situation when it was necessary to contact the support service urgently (this is possible with them once a month, they must respond in ten minutes). No one responded immediately. I'm really thinking about changing  bank because I don't feel like my money is safe with this one.

### *---- "Untrustworthy service without normal technical support"
I think it is dangerous to trust your money to this bank. They can put you in a difficult situation without the possibility of litigation.

I installed this application and completed all the necessary steps to register an account. After that, I had to wait for the physical card by post for 5 days. However, less than a day, I received a letter from the bank stating that they blocked and closed my account and that this decision is not subject to appeal and proceedings.

They wrote to me like this: We noticed unusual activities ... after careful consideration, we have reasonable grounds to believe ... and must close your bunq account...

I think that this is a lie, since there could not be any proceedings if the account did not have any actions or operations. There was nothing to figure out. I assume that it was just a technical failure in the bank itself. But they did not let me any choice and I am blocked final and forever.

The situation is idiotic, since I did absolutely nothing with my newly created account, except for the actions that were necessary for its registration and which the bank itself recommended to me. I am also absolutely sure that no one could have access to my phone and application and take any action on my behalf.

So if you use this, in my opinion, disgusting service, be prepared that all your cards can be blocked without any warning. And your account will simply be deleted without the possibility of appeal or recovery.

Terrible bank, not only did they connect me to some tariff and withdraw 18 euros, ok.  They lost my payment and can't explain where it is and send me a form where I have to deal with the reason myself.  Managers respond for a very long time, you can wait a week for an answer and then it will be useless.  I do not recommend dealing with this bank.
