The new “wheel of fortune” is some sort of scam or hackers are exploiting it.
Every day there are 2 people getting the 250 & 100 euro prizes that have 1 point ABOVE max score 1,280,001 ?!?
For max score you roll 2500 and then 2x (double it) 9 times to get 1,280,000 points.
How every time two ppl get 1,280,001 ?!?
Then the next scores are all the way down to 40,000 ?!?
This is not how chance works, if you have 2 max 1.28 million scores, you’ll should then have plenty more scores in the range 640k, 320k, 160k, 80k - that were not lucky to get all 9 doublings, but got a few less.

It seems to work OK, but the app is full of ads for other more expensive account-types. (Get this for 8.99 a month, upgrade to that for 24.99 a month, etc.) I don't know if that's really what you want from a banking app.

I have been waiting almost 3 months now for a payment dispute to be resolved. The customer service team respond quickly but appear unwilling to inject any impetuous into actually solving my case. I keep being told it will be quickly however 3 months suggest otherwise. I chose bunq for their environmental credentials however there failure to resolve what is a very simple case leaves me know choice but to look at other banks
