Okay as a second account but it’s not reliable as primary — and customer support treat their bugs as if they are acceptable. Asking for patience when key features don’t work — but several weeks later and they still remain broken. They are distracted and bloated — and cannot be trusted with your money

4 years on and no issues
I have been using Bunq for more than 4 years now and the features are great, the paperless solutions is fantastic and i didn’t have any glitches whatsoever. So i am glad that i have chosen Bunq.

When are you fixing the useless sham that’s the sheep of fortune it’s very clear people are using exploit to receive the max points what’s not fair to us people that play normally.

Unbelievable greed
The bunq value proposition: less features for a higher price! And when your card expires, they want you to pay for a replacement 🤡 They will respond to this review saying “oh please send us your feedback”, but it’s all for show, they don’t actually answer support requests.
What a joke
The new “wheel of fortune” is some sort of scam or hackers are exploiting it. Every day there are 2 people getting the 250 & 100 euro prizes that have 1 point ABOVE max score 1,280,001 ?!? For max score you roll 2500 and then 2x (double it) 9 times to get 1,280,000 points. How every time two ppl get 1,280,001 ?!? Then the next scores are all the way down to 40,000 ?!? This is not how chance works, if you have 2 max 1.28 million scores, you’ll should then have plenty more scores in the range 640k, 320k, 160k, 80k - that were not lucky to get all 9 doublings, but got a few less.
this is not free banking.
Be aware all accounts are paid for and are expensive. The UX is designed to get you to sign up for the top account and closing your account it’s designed to trip you up, so follow carefully. This isn’t the practice of a serious financial company at all is it, it’s tech bros playing at being a bank.
