I just went thru the drive thru at the st Charles location. The car in front of us had me back up so they could get out of line 3 cars and it took 20min to get 2 beefs and order of fries. I was suppose to go to the beef shack and decided to go to Buona beef instead. What a mistake that was! My wife want to know what took so long to pickup 2 beefs and a fry. FYI this was terrible

Around and around to order two things! It keeps bringing me to select a location then there is no way to customize your order! I give up and just go to the drive thru and order it there! Good Bye app!!!
You know so many of the restaurant ordering apps have forced tipping? Buona took it off of their app everyone. Round of applause!! Just for this, I left a good tip for the hard working staff at the store when picking up my order. Buona has always worked hard to improve their customer experience and made me into their loyal customer.
Leaving a one-star review simply for the fact that you are forced to sign up with an email address (which is against Apple’s rules), signed up for a TON of emails, and the unsubscribe does absolutely nothing.
It’s super disappointing that I can no longer get the daily special discounted price on the app. Why did you remove it? I will no longer order on the app for this reason.
The app is getting worse over time. I saw you added new customization options to pizza and you have too many repeat options and menus. Also you removed daily special on your past update and ruined your reward system. Just worse every update.
It is extremely difficult to find allergy info, but I will not use this app because the credit card payment is criminally archaic (immediately add Apple Pay), and I cannot create an account with my Apple ID, WHICH IS REQUIRED OF EVERY APP
The app is not giving the option for daily specials anymore which is the whole reason I order some days.
