Bupa has gotten so much worse, no appointment available for days. They gave appointment post 4 days and then cancelled it saying it’s a tech issue.

Bupa says their insurance is for specialist doctors only, so they can’t get primary care doctors. But for specialist doctors you need to see primary doctors, which they won’t provide , so they basically scam you for money and leave you to die. Its same as Babylon

Unable to get a doctor appt at the weekend and feeling very poorly I tried 111 and got referred to the pharmacist but was v unhappy with service. I then remembered BUPA Blua so looked at app for first time to try and get appt. The process was simple and I got an appt for 8.10am on Sun morning. The practitioner I spoke to was extremely efficient and helpful. She gave me a prescription which again was easy to access and I collected it when the local pharmacy opened. A very speedy efficient service that I would highly recommend. Thank you!!

Great consultation with Physio. He was 5*.  

The Bupa app system is why I degraded the Bupa experience. There are currently 3, and I never have a clue which one I’m supposed to use. 

Like I say, great service, but the whole app/user interface needs an overhaul and simplification. 

I get where I need to go eventually yes, but it’s frustrating getting there.
