Колелото се отключва в приложението а колелото не и като звъннеш чакат да мине времето от 5 минути и да вземе пари и тогава го заключва там ми се случва вече 10/15 пъти и ми е взело 30 лв пък не съм карал колелото никога не взимайте тес боклуци и не им работят спирачките и скоростите изписват грешки и не можеш да караш нормално вчера 10 пъти ми изписа грешка и не можех да карам нормално колелото

Спершу не зрозуміла чому такий низький рейтинг, адже велосипеди хороші, але реєстрація проходить успішно, потім додаток вимагає ввести код верифікації , а він просто не приходить на пошту.

3-ма си изтеглихме приложението и пробвахме регистрация с 3 различни карти, като ни показваше грешка. Опитите, които правихме все пак изтегляха този 1 лев, но след това не приема картата. Картите са на 3 различни банки и е ПРЕДЕЛНО ЯСНО, че грешката е в приложението. ОБАДИХМЕ СЕ :) за помощ и ни вдигна една отвратителна леличка, която се заяждаше през цялото време с нас. Накрая с остър тон ни каза “ Ми аз няма к’во да напрая”. Ми кат’ нямаш к’во да направиш лелче защо работиш изобщо? И с какво сме ние виновни, че не ви работи приложението, че и да получаваме подобно отношение? Като не ти се работи напускаш и не работиш :)
