Can’t customize certain stuff I hate it

This is the worst food app ever! You choose a location and it sends you to the one in the next town instead. And trying to get customer service is like talking to a rock! Save yourself the stress get McDonald app instead better deals no hassle at all. Uninstalled this joke! Doesn’t deserve a single star but had to give it.

I like being able to use CashApp to pay for my order using this app. I don’t always have money on the app so the option to pay with cash when I pick up my order at the restaurant would be awesome.

Ill change this to a 5 star as soon as u guys fire that guy in ur commercials his singing is so bad and annoying anytime they come on I have to change it the channel or mute it I should make hella fake accounts and give this app a 1 star that’s how much I dislike thos stupid commercials

I love Burger King!😍☺️ Ordering through the app makes it alot easier! I just wish there was a pay with cash at counter option for pickup, or pay at window for drive thru for those who might only have cash on them.

They charge more for offer meal items on the app. The paper offer coupons are priced at a lesser value then on the app. Why are you the only fast food franchise that does that? Wendy’s and Mcdonald don’t do that.

Once upon a time you would go into BK and get a good meal for a good price, now everything is ~2x more expensive. App is great, workers are cool, but BK is basically the same price as eating at a normal restaurant. Once upon a time BK was comparable to the competition, now, just go to Wendy’s and get a better value on a meal in terms of $/calorie. I grew up with going to either and having a good time, now it solely is worth getting anything at BK if you get a coupon to bring the $/calorie down to the standard or you make sufficiently more than you did in the past. I vividly remember $12 an hour would get me ~9 burgers at BK, now $15 an hour at best gets me 6 burgers. Burgers per hour value dropped from 9 to 6. Food is still decent, but by no means is it what it was once upon a time.

This app is the worst fast food app out there and I’m not able to submit any of my many negative feedback because when I click on support they say my account is suspended. Why? Because I gave negative reviews before they suspend me? What a scam.

The delivery people are so nice
