Download the app for the very first time, and was prompted to login. I’ve never had an account with them before so I used the option to create an account with my Apple ID. I was told that there was already an account under my email, and I tried multiple times to create the account with my Apple ID and email and it never worked, this was the first red flag. So I used a friends email to create my account, then I made a $50 order and paid with my card through Apple Pay. They said the order had been received and would be here within 45 minutes. After an hour and a half I checked where my order was, and the app said it was still at the very first stage of the delivery process, which was “order received we are preparing your order”. Then I got a notification on my iPhone that there was somebody trying to login to my Apple account and they needed permission, it said that the new device was from São Paulo Brazil. I do not live there, have never been, and know nobody who does. So I obviously denied the login request. It has been 2 days since I placed that order and it was never delivered, in fact it still says on the app “order received we are preparing your order”. I’ve had to change my password and security for my Apple account, and contact my bank and attempt to refund and report the payment.
