Happy to c u in my city
Nice app
I have been using this app ever since the Burger King outlet opened in my area. I always order through the app because it is convenient—I don’t need to go to the counter. I simply place my order through the app, enter my table number, and the Burger King staff serves it directly to me. I also love Burger King’s burgers more than any other burgers.
It was very quick service but hygiene was below mark
One of the guy who was preparing the burgers was coughing and he didn’t wear the mask. Although he went into a corner for coughing.. it wasn’t a single cough or sneeze but bit longer coughing. After highlighting this hygiene issue, someone from staff asked the guy to wear the mask and then he went to take the mask. I really feel bad for the person, he did whatever possible for him (going in to the corner) to do in the situation but there should be some check points to avoid such incidents.

Pathetic Service
Placed an order via the app, payment was debited, and after 30 minutes of waiting, I got a call saying the order was canceled due to rain and delivery issues. Complete waste of time! Refund is promised, but this is unacceptable for a big brand. Fix your service!
Crown rewards not credited
Hey Team, I ordered 3 times since August 2024 till December 2024 but not a single crown rewards get credited in my account
