Very frustrating app, not intuitive. No way of syncing your account deals/offers with the order screen when in-store. No apple pay either

Great app
Great app, easy to use love being able to use codes and have special coupons
No record of purchase
The app allows you to start ordering before selecting a restaurant and then erases what you've added to your order once you select a store. It also keeps no record of your order, so if you accidentally tap away or receive a call while you're waiting, you have no proof of purchase. Most other restaurants send an email confirmation and receipt but that does not happen with this app. Additionally, there is absolutely no record of any of your account's past orders. So you're really boned if you accidentally tap away from that one page that allows you to pick your order up. It's an extremely frustrating system.

Charged me 3 times
Do not put your card details into this app!!!!! They charged me 3 times for a meal?? And it wasn't even made as the lady was calling out names and I was sititng at Bk for an hour. I want my money back...

Problems not receiving free items
The app has problems with free bonus offer items not being sent through to the Dive Through Restaurant Kitchen. The Burger King restaurants are also not keeping proper records of preordered food transactions made through the mobile app. Too much priority is being made to orders from Ubereats, to the detriment of the drive through and in store experience, this problem is also at KFC restaurants, although it hasn’t caused problems at McDonald’s .
Nothing but frustration
I’ve had success with app in the past but now it won’t accept payments so I can’t order. And I can’t show the order in my cart at the counter and receive the discount so end up paying full price anyway- try sorting that out with whining kids waiting for food! Nothing but frustration.
Keeps defaulting pick-up orders to drive-thru
Exactly what it says in the title. I made an order through the app at BK Moorhouse Road for pick-up and it went through as a drive-thru even after I checked the box that said pick-up. This is the second time that I have experienced this. Please fix this bug now.
