Doesn’t recognise my login
Have been using the app for a while and got heaps of points (enough for a few combos), went to redeem & now the app signed me out and says my email does not exist when I try to sign back in!!! No point is loyalty sign up if you cannot sign in to redeem…..
Error sign for almost a year !!!!
Something went wrong error sign, is constant from a year. It keeps coming if I try to sign in. Hence tried sign up & it’s the same sign. Seriously Burger King needs a good IT support. Why is BK so stingy to spend on fixing website. If u can’t fix the issue, THEN STOP FOOLING PEOPLE SPREADING “APP DEALS etc” That’s where MC DONALD wins over BK & customers patience & time is wasted by BK & hence prefer Mc D. Am tired of supporting BK. .. Poor customer service @ BK. Please check on lazy & mucking up employees. COZ They always dump their load on hard working & genuine employees.
Worst app ever
Only explanation is the developers work for McDonald's. They should be so, so so fired. At least. It never works, is very unfriendly and buggy, complete waste of time, infuriating, useless, annoying, hateful, frustrating.
Doesn’t work on new iPhone
The app won’t open using my 15 pro - fully updated. However, it works fine on my 14 (not recently updated) work phone.

I use the bk app whenever I go to bk. I save heaps and the awesome thing is, you receive points to go toward rewards. The app’s easy to use. I’d recommend it to everyone
