I have a reward for a free single burger yet it won’t allow me to order it in my cart. When I respond Help to the text message, it tells me to go to the app, what’s the point… How do I redeem my free burger before it expires?

App and website online ordering experience for me so far: absolute zero. Fix your tech or remove it from service. Neither the app nor the website work properly. Stop making it look like you have a streamlined online ordering process while your tech is broken. Not acceptable and as a customer, it’s a huge turn off.

Order burgers & customize them to your liking. It is easy to navigate. Their rewards have changed and aren’t as generous, but very easy to apply to your order. Hey, Burger Fi let us add lettuce to the bacon burger. I want a bun, but I want lettuce, too.

This app NEVER works! I doesn’t add up the rewards and I constantly have to email corporate to get my points.

Every time I try to use my Apple Card to check out, it tells me something is wrong with my credit card. Please fix. Other than that awesome app.
