Whenever I get to the purchase section, after entering my card details, I try to proceed & the app takes me to a white screen that won’t load anything no matter how long I wait… I’ve tried this on mobile data & I tried it on my WiFi, same result. I find this to be quite annoying so I will leave a one star rating to make sure that the company is aware of their quality of service in the online world.

The site doesn’t work can’t login can’t register - so exist on one page but not on the other. Why change what’s not broken - other app was much better

If I am lucky enough to even get the app to open (which it rarely does), my sms 2fa text doesn’t come through. Honestly I want to love this app so bad but it’s sooooo buggy that it’s unusable. I just use the website via safari which is a shame

Worked for a while when I first got it. Now it won’t load when I try and open the app. Have tried to delete and re-download still wouldn’t work.

It is very funny how bad this app is. Currently crashes on at least two different iPhones.

Won’t let me place order just keeps processing dots, force closing app does nothing. Very glitchy! Maybe relax your prices on Uber Eats until you can sort it out!

I downloaded this app when it first came out and it was fine, I’ve used it & have still been getting notifications, up until yesterday - but when I click on the notification or try to use anything the app won’t open. I removed it and re-added it (twice) but still nothing. VIB specials are no good if you can’t use them.

The app is constantly down. I tried everything and also had husband test this. Emailed Burgerfuel who basically told me user error even though other people are experiencing same issue and making complaints

On an iPhone 13 running IOS 17.5 and it crashes when I open it, so essentially useless.

App keeps crashing every time I go to open it.
