Great to see them growing and I love the app! -- KingJohal, 2026-05-30 ### ***** "Best Ordering App!" Burgermaster Rewards App is a simple, clean interface that works exceptionally well! -- Ovidski, 2026-05-16 ### ***** "Love Burgermaster!! Save a lot by using their App!" Probably the best food reward app out there. If you love yummy burgers, but want to save money, and earn points easily and quickly, I highly recommend this app! Definitely worth switching to if you buy frequently from burger master! -- Love Burgermaster, 2026-05-09 ### ****- "Missing menu options" Love this place but after a year plus it’s sad the app still doesn’t have all the drink options. Only some sodas and lemonade show up. If you want something else you have to wait for window help. -- Kelc95, 2026-03-02 ### ***** "Constructive criticism" App works great, can you add delivery tracking? -- vwjunkie0, 2026-02-22 ### ***** "I love this place." Great food , the best customer service! Five star! -- Hadi asil, 2026-02-12 ### ***-- "Needs More Items" I love burger master and I really like the idea of having rewards. However, they don’t have my favorite item on there (chicken tenders). Which is a shame because I have like 10,000 points but can’t use them. -- Lush life xo, 2026-02-03 ### *---- "Stupid setup" The app is only applicable when ordering online. If you change the location to where you are, since it doesn’t automatically do that, it erases your order and you have to start all over again. It would be logical for customers to be able to apply their promos to in person purchases. -- Mushrooms2, 2025-04-23 ### ***** "New App!" Thank God our favorite burger joint has a direct to order app! It works great 👍 -- J-134wds, 2025-04-22 ### ***-- "Love this place, app needs tweaks" I can’t customize more than one thing on a kids burger. If you have kids you might know they can be specific. For example, I can’t add cheese AND ketchup. One or the other is possible with a radio button. I hope you see this review and redesign. I ordered via toast to get around this problem. Thanks! Your food is awesome. -- loves2recycle, 2025-04-20 ### ***** "THE BEST" I love getting rewards for ordering my usual Burgermaster food and getting rewarded with more free food. Plus I get first access to any giveaways and news! -- BB Cats 34, 2025-03-20 ### *---- "Great idea, not thought out" I have 9k burger bucks, can only use ONE free item per order. Not that exciting when the meal is still $45 but got that free drink. Why not be able to build a free meal? That’s how most rewards programs work. Plus you can only order delivery or pickup in advance, not a great reward for the amount of money I spend here….this is not a one star for the food or service or people. They get 5 stars, just the app is kinda bunk -- Krachunis, 2025-03-16 ### **--- "In-app Errors" Forces continuous re-add of credit card and doesn't save. Privacy issues also. -- Morflux, 2025-03-15 ### **--- "Unusual situation" We arrived in a spot left the lights on. 10 minutes later no car hops had arrived at the car so I placed my order on the app. Rather disappointed to not even be acknowledged -- jimH65, 2025-03-03 ### ****- "Needs Improvement" Please add a “plain” option for the kids hot dog. Please allow multiple customization options on one item. For the kids burger I wanted to add cheese and ketchup but could only add one. -- Burgermaster Review, 2025-02-01 ### **--- "Love Buger Master need options" The app is extremely limited in terms of choices. -- HawksNWnest, 2025-01-29 ### ***** "Incomplete Menu" Love Burgermaster. Nice app. However, you’re missing a slot for special order information and not all the available beverages show up. Please update the app to reflect the entire menu. -- Dedeanareeno, 2025-01-17 ### ****- "Great idea for an app, but still needs a little work." I love Burgermaster. Being able to put my families order in before I even leave the house is amazing! However, when I go to certain places in the app, it appears to log me out. It also crashed once. Over all, I looking forward to an updated version. This one is fine for now. -- beowuff, 2025-01-11 ### ***** "Burgermaster review" This place app is outstanding simple to use and you get 500 Burgerbucks for signing up. Just do it! -- Burgerslayer from M.V., 2025-01-09 ### ***** "Awesome app!" High recommend app! Must use and have!
